Между тем, качество записи видео с ростом мегапикселей в телефонных камерах не стало лучше.<br /><br />Устранить разрыв между качеством фотосников и видеороликами, созданных на камерофонах, надеется компания Aptina, анонсировав 5-мегапиксельный модуль камеры с возможность снимать видео высокой четкости (HD видео). Сенсор MT9P013 с размером пикселя 1,75 микрон позволяет захватывать HD видео 720р с частотой 60 кадров/с, а видео с полным 5 Мп разрешением с частотой 15 кадров/с. Кроме этого, чип поддерживает гибкую смену профилей изображения ISP включая MIPI, CCP2 и параллельный интерфейс. По заявлению разработчика новинка поднимет возможности камер телефонов на совершенно новый уровень. Массовое производство модулей MT9P013 компания начнет в январе 2009 года.
