Акционеры, публично продемонстрировавшие вчера единство, сосредоточатся на органическом росте активов.</b><br /><br />"Перестройка продиктована требованиями к западному публичному бизнесу", - сказал президент ЗАО "Ренова Медиа" Виктор Савюк. "Ренова Медиа" стремится довести уровень качества корпоративного управления холдингом до требований IPO, однако решение о самом размещении акций новой "Акадо" на бирже владельцы пока не приняли. По информации ComNews, "Ренова Медиа" планирует выйти на IPO в конце 2008 г. Подоплеку выхода холдинга на IPO ComNews уже описывал (см. новость ComNews от 21 марта 2008 г.).<br /><br />Несмотря на стремление к "органичному развитию", от новых покупок "Акадо" отказываться не собирается. По словам председателя совета директоров "Ренова Медиа" Юрия Припачкина, у компании есть планы экспансии в Петербург, но договоры еще не подписаны. "Переговоры о покупке ведутся с несколькими кабельными операторами и домовыми сетями", - уточнил Виктор Савюк.<br /><br />В Москве покупать уже действительно некого, считает директор по развитию компании "Коминфо Консалтинг" Евгений Соломатин. По мнению аналитика компании AC&M-Consulting Елены Саяпиной, нечего покупать и в регионах. "Нет смысла покупать компанию с 2 тыс. абонентов, - отмечает аналитик. - На региональном рынке из крупных игроков остались только "ЭР-Телеком" и "Мультирегион", но они стоят бешеных денег".<br /><br />После реструктуризации ЗАО "Ренова Медиа" станет ЗАО "Акадо". В новую управляющую компанию в качестве замов президента войдут все нынешние генеральные директора операционных компаний. В Москве услуги ШПД частным абонентам будет оказывать "Акадо-Столица", в Петербурге - "Акадо-Нева", а в Екатеринбурге - "Акадо-Урал". ОАО "Комкор" и ЗАО "Комкор-Регион" будут работать под брендом "Акадо Телеком", и только СООО "Космос ТВ" в Республике Беларусь останется под своим брендом.<br /><br />По словам президента компании Виктора Савюка, рестайлинг и ребрендинг компаний, активная рекламная кампания начнутся уже в апреле. Он полагает, что для достижения достаточного уровня узнаваемости бренда на всех рынках понадобится около полугода.<br /><br />Инициативу бизнеса приветствуют аналитики. "Один бренд легче продвигать, чем много, - замечает Елена Саяпина из AC&M-Consulting. - Этот шаг вполне логичен, по крайней мере для Москвы, где "Ренову" представлял десяток фирм, работающих на смежных рынках". "Для выхода на федеральный уровень нужен единый сильный бренд", - согласен Евгений Соломатин из "Коминфо Консалтинг".<br /><br />"Централизованное управление эффективнее руководства самостоятельными активами, - говорит аналитик УК "Финам Менеджмент" Анна Зайцева. - Кроме того, централизация позволяет снизить издержки. Мультисервисное предложение от группы компаний с единым брендом может стать востребованным у пользователей, поскольку марка "Акадо" хорошо зарекомендовала себя на столичном рынке ШПД, и совершенно логично использовать этот успех для развития активности в других секторах рынка".
