Недавно компания начала продажи в Японии двух первых телевизоров из этой серии. Toshiba 12GL1 и 20GL1 имеют лишь 12 и 20 дюймовые экраны, HDTV Toshiba GL1 с 40 дюймовым экраном должен появиться в апреле.<br /> <br />12GL1 обладает довольно скромным разрешением в 466 х 350, а 20GL1 поддерживает уже формат 720p HD (1280х720). 12GL1 продается за $1443, а 20GL1 стоит $2885. После Нового Года телевизоры Toshiba GL1 станут доступны и в других странах.
