Японская компания Toshiba заявила о разработке первого в мире, не требующего очков, 3D телевизора. В конце года планируется продажа трех моделей. Но компания пока хранит молчание о их размерах и технических характеристиках.

Известно лишь, что, в отличие от подобных 3D мониторов с ограниченным количеством точек просмотра, наблюдать объемный эффект можно будет в любой точке пространства. Объемность достигается за счет излучаемого с экрана под разными углами изображения.

Очевидно разработка телевизоров выполнена на основе представленного компанией в апреле 21″ 3D дисплея с разрешением 1280х800 и яркостью 480 кд.м2.
