Серия 8605H поддерживает кадровую технологию 200 Гц Clear LCD и видео обработку Philips Pixel HD Engine, заявленное время отклика составляет 1 мсек.  <br /><br />Телевизоры Philips PFL8605H имеют четыре входа HDMI, а также компонентный и VGA, есть USB порт, Ethernet соединение и даже слот для SD карт памяти. Встроенная акустическая система состоит из двух динамиков мощностью 2х10 ватт.<br /><br />Телевизоры Philips PFL8605H являются 3D Ready моделями,  для использования 3D функциональности нужно будет приобрести дополнительно модуль Philips PTA 02. Основное отличие этих телевизоров от других, представленных на сегодняшнем рынке 3D моделей – использование пассивных поляризационных очков вместо активных. Подобная система используется в больших кинотеатрах и позволит значительно сократить расходы на приобретение очков для домашнего 3D ТВ.  <br /><br />Philips 46PFL8605H/12 сейчас доступен на Amazon.сом за $2 752 . Очевидно в ближайшее время станут доступны остальные модели и европейские цены на них.
