Питание адаптера осуществляется по шине USB. Отображение HD-режимов 720p и 1080p заявлено только в случае использования операционной системы OS X Snow Leopard.<br /><br />Согласно опубликованным данным, адаптер поддерживает работу HDMI на чатсоте 165 МГц, обеспечивает передачу данных со скоростью 4,95 гигабайт в секунду при глубине цвета в 24 бита. Поддерживаемые видеорежимы — вплоть до 1080p.
