В самое ближайшее время в продажу поступит обновленная версия мультимедийного проигрывателя с поддержкой HD — PopcornTV. Среди основных отличий новинки от предшествующей версии, отметим наличие интерфейсов USB-slave и HDMI 1.3, а также возможность выбора встроенного жесткого диска необходимой ёмкости.<br /><br />«Мы придаем большое значение качественной обратной связи с потребителями нашей продукции, — отмечает Евгений Земсков, руководитель департамента продуктового менеджмента Представительства BBK Electronics в России. — А в случае с PopcornTV для нас это важно вдвойне: HDTV медиаплееры не только новая категория продукции для компании BBK, но и пока относительно новое направление для российского рынка в целом. При производстве PopcornTV NP101S v2 мы учли основные пожелания пользователей устройства, которые были высказаны на специально созданном форуме или отражены в результатах опросов. При разработке новых устройств этой категории, мы и дальше будем опираться на мнение и отзывы наших потребителей».<br /><br />Обновленная версия HDTV медиаплеера BBK PopcornTV представлена в следующих вариантах: без жесткого диска (с возможностью самостоятельной установки HDD без потери гарантии), с жесткими дисками на 500Гб или 1,5Тб. Плеер оснащён интерфейсом SATA (а не IDE, как в случае с первой версией «Попкорна»), что снимает ограничения по объему устанавливаемого жесткого диска. PopcornTV NP101S v2 имеет цифровой интерфейс HDMI 1.3, который позволяет передавать звуковые дорожки стандартов DTS-HD и Dolby HD, и разъём USB-slave, благодаря которому компьютер распознает HDTV медиаплеер как обычный сменный дисковый накопитель. В результате обмен данными между компьютером и Popcorn&#96;ом значительно упрощается.<br /><br />HDTV медиаплеер PopcornTV способен воспроизводить большинство цифровых файлов стандартного (SD) и высокого (HD 1080p) разрешений из Интернета, домашней сети, с жесткого диска или сменных flash-носителей на обычном телевизоре и аудиосистеме. Как и первая версия, плеер NP101S v2 оснащен встроенным менеджером закачек для работы с файлообменными сетями.<br /><br />Сетевая составляющая HDTV медиаплеера включает в себя русскоязычные плагины. Благодаря этому пользователи BBK PopcornTV могут воспроизводить на экране телевизора содержимое таких ресурсов Рунета, как: Yandex.Fotki, Russia.ru, Rpod.ru, российских радиостанций и проч. Список Интернет-сервисов будет постоянно расширяться — в том числе и за счет разрабатываемых самими пользователями плагинов.<br /><br />BBK PopcornTV NP101S v2 поступит в продажу в начале октября текущего года.
