Речь идёт, естественно, не о честном измерении характеристик матрицы, а о динамическом показателе, который в разы выше реального. Ну да ладно — этим грешат сегодня все производители без исключения. Также известно, что VPL-VW85 поддерживает развёртку в 100/120 Гц для лучшей передачи движений на экране. Кроме того, в его техническом арсенале есть система сдвига линз Lens Shift и оптика с коэффициентом масштабирования (ZOOM) 1,6, которые призваны заметно облегчить процесс инсталляции устройства.<br /><br /><div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2009-09/1252579939_sony_vpl-hw15.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='Пара «пальцовых» SXRD-проекторов Sony' title='Пара «пальцовых» SXRD-проекторов Sony' /><br /><i>VPL-HW15</i></div><br /><br />В отличие от VPL-VW85, его младший «брат» — VPL-HW15 — имеет характеристику отношение контраста 60 000:1 и стандартную развёртку в 50/60 Герц. При этом, он обладает большим световым потоком — 1000 ANSI-люмен.<br /><br />Что касается коммутационных возможностей, каждая модель имеет два порта HDMI, один компонентный и один композитный входы, а также стандартный разъём VGA для подключения к проектору персонального компьютера. Начало продаж проекторов намечено на октябрь месяц. Их рекомендованная цена составит 8000 долларов США за VPL-VW85 и 3000 «мёртвых президентов» за VPL-HW15.
