В качестве системы было выбрано оборудование с некой начинкой от Sigma Designs. Насколько такое программное решение более эффективно решений существующих, сказать с определённостью пока невозможно. Время покажет...<br /><br />Напомним лишь, что в использовании Google Android заинтересованы многие японские вендоры, включая Alpine Electronics, Fujitsu и JVC. Платформа Android была анонсирована в конце 2006 г., а в прошлом году в продажу поступил первый смартфон на ее основе. И хотя Android изначально задумывалась как программная платформа и операционная система для мобильных телефонов, она может работать в устройствах самого разного плана. В сентябре на базе Android будет выпущен первый нетбук, разработкой которого в настоящее время занимается Acer.
