<div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2009-08/1249645219_liteon.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='Lite-On IT скептически смотрит на рынок Blu-Ray плееров в 2009 году' title='Lite-On IT скептически смотрит на рынок Blu-Ray плееров в 2009 году' /></div><br />Крупный тайваньский производитель оптических приводов — Lite-On IT — продолжает придерживаться консервативных взглядов на перспективы глобального рынка Blu-ray плееров в 2009 году, как заявил исполнительный директор компании Гуан-чун Чен (CEO Guang-chung Chen).<br /><br />Он также упомянул, что заметный рост рынка проигрывателей Blu-Ray возможен исключительно после падения цен на диски до приемлемого уровня и при заметно большем распространении телевизоров с поддержкой видео высокой чёткости, нежели мы имеем сегодня.<br /><br />И хотя цены на комплектующие для BD-плееров остаются на весьма высоком уровне, основной разработчик MediaTek постоянно работает над снижением стоимости BD-чипсетов, заметил Чен.<br /><br />Проигрыватели формата CBHD уже активно продаются на китайском рынке, что отнюдь не способствует продвижению BD-проигрывателей на этом рынке. Но при этом, заявил Чен, в планы компании не входит производство приводов или плееров CBHD.
