<div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2009-07/1249047187_sony_sharp.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='Жидкокристаллическая любовь навеки' title='Жидкокристаллическая любовь навеки' /></div>Две крупные японские корпорации (Sony и Sharp), входящие в десятку самых популярных торговых марок, среди производителей дисплеев и телевизоров, объявили о заключении соглашения по созданию совместного предприятия по производству и продаже ЖК-панелей больших диагоналей, а также сопутствующих технологических модулей. Находящийся в процессе строительства завод Sharp в японском городе Sakai был передан Sharp Display Products Corporation (сокращенно SDP) первого июля этого года. При этом официальная дата запуска завода — октябрь месяц. В свою очередь, двадцать девятого декабря сего года компания Sony инвестирует в предприятие SDP десять миллиардов йен (что равно 105 миллионам долларов США) в обмен на его акции, что окончательно закрепит договоренности между партнерами. Тем самым, Sharp получит шестьдесят шесть процентов предприятия, Sony же достанется тридцать четыре процента.<br /><br />Окончательное завершение сделки намечено на десятое марта следующего года. Кроме того, что Sony станет полноправным совладельцем SDP, она получит доступ к производственным мощностям Sharp в Осаке и других регионах Японии. В основном на новом заводе будут выпускать 32-дюймовые ЖК-панели.
