По сообщению Pioneer High Fidelity Taiwan, этот известный японский производитель высококлассной аудио- и видеотехники начинает официальные продажи двух новых моделей Blu-Ray плееров: Pioneer BDP-LX52 и BDP-320, анонсированных ещё в начале марта этого года. Как мы уже писали ранее, обе новинки поддерживают технологию KURO LINK Picture Mode, которая позволяет автоматически настраивать проигрыватель в зависимости от воспроизводимого видео контента. В настоящее время эта функция реализована только для плазменных телевизоров KURO 9G. Среди других интересных особенностей плееров отметим технологию PQLS (Precision Quartz Lock System), которая призвана избавить от джиттера при воспроизведении музыки с дисков CD и использовании двухканального PCM-усилителя. Также, модель BDP-LX52 поддерживает PQLS при подключении к многоканальному линейному усилителю PCM AV.

Рекомендованная розничная цена проигрывателей на Тайване составит NT$25,900 (792 американских доллара) за модель BDP-LX52 и NT$16,900 (516 долларов США) за BDP-320. Кроме того, представители компании Pioneer Taiwan не преминули отметить тот отрадный факт, что в период с января по июнь этого года, совокупная доля Pioneer на тайванском рынке Blu-Ray плееров выросла до 58%, что, безусловно, весьма солидный показатель.
