Компания Astra сообщала об этом 20 июля. Телеканалы Sat 1, Pro Sieben и Kabel Eins начнут вещание с января 2010 года в формате высокой четкости на платформе HD+. Каналы будут использовать систему условного доступа Nagravision. Параллельно с этим, вещание каналов по-прежнему будет вестись в стандартном разрешении.<br /><br />HD+ предложит доступ к новым телеканалам HD всем спутниковым операторам, тем самым дополнив существующий широкий программный ассортимент HDTV, который можно приниматься со спутников Astra. На сегодняшний день так же известно, что каналы RTL HD и Vox HD тоже войдут в состав платформы. HD+ является независимой компанией и будет доступной для всех телевизионных вещателей, которые в ближайшем будущем планируют расширять свои предложения за счет внедрения HD сервисов. К началу коммерческого запуска проекта HD+ в продаже появятся ресиверы многих производителей, которые будут предназначены для просмотра телеканалов с данной платформы. <br /><br />"Наши три телеканала будут доступны абонентам HD+. Платформа HD+ приходит к нам в нужное время. В настоящий момент имеется свыше 13 млн. зрителей имеющих дома телевизоры способные принимать HDTV. Это довольно большая аудитория, которая может пользоваться нашим контентом HD в полном объеме“, сказал Andreas Bartl, председатель правление German Free TV акционерного общества Pro Sieben Sat 1 Media AG. <br /><br />„Мы видим HD+ важным звеном в переходе к HD телевидению“, сказал Wilfried Urner, коммерческий директор HD Plus GmbH.
