<br />Компания "ВымпелКом" запустила в коммерческую эксплуатацию услугу домашнего цифрового телевидения "Билайн ТВ" в Москве. <br /><br />Услуга запущена на базе IP-платформы Microsoft Mediaroom. Каталог "Билайн ТВ" насчитывает 3 тыс. фильмов, сериалов и передач.<br />Услуга "Билайн ТВ" предполагает два тарифных плана. Стоимость "Базового" пакета составляет 270 руб. в месяц, что дает возможность просмотра 100 каналов, в том числе и трех каналов высокой четкости. "Расширенный" пакет обеспечивает доступ к 125 популярным каналам, включая 4 HD-канала, с ежемесячной платой 495 руб. Провайдер также предлагает зрителям программу передач на две недели вперед, функцию "картинка в картинке" на экране любого телевизора и возможность ограничения доступа детей к просмотру телевидения – родительский контроль. <br /><br />Руководитель департамента дополнительных сервисов группы "ВымпелКом" Андрей Холодный считает, что платное ТВ очень востребовано: "У нас уже есть в Москве полумиллионная база абонентов домашнего Интернета "Корбины" и "Билайн". Услуга IPTV изначально внедрялась на FTTB-сети компании "Корбина Телеком", которая теперь интегрирована в "ВымпелКом". Введение сервиса в коммерческую эксплуатацию откладывалось из-за отсутствия согласований с регулятором. <br /><br />Аналитики J'son&Partners прогнозируют, что к 2012 г. абонентская база услуги IPTV достигнет около 600 тыс. домохозяйств, и провайдеры IPTV получат более $56 млн доходов.
