Компания Samsung представила на российском рынке проигрыватель Blu-ray-дисков BD-P4600

Толщина новинки составляет всего 1,5 см; она оборудована настенным креплением, а кроме того, ее можно разместить на столе под углом 25 градусов благодаря откидной стойке. Управляется BD-P4600 с помощью сенсорных клавиш, расположенных на корпусе. По заявлению Samsung, процесс извлечения диска из плеера занимает всего секунду.

Проигрыватель оснащен несколькими USB-портами, разъемом HDMI версии 1.3, Ethernet-портом, адаптером Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11a/b/g), который можно использовать не только для трансляции медиаконтента с настольного компьютера или ноутбука, но и для обновления программного обеспечения (прошивки). Массив флеш-памяти обладает емкостью 1 Гб, что позволяет загружать контент с сервисов BD Live и Bonus View Blu-ray.

Samsung BD-P4600 воспроизводит HD-видео в разрешении Full HD (1080р), а также обеспечивает декодирование многоканального цифрового звука в форматах Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD и DTS-HD HR/MA.
