Немецкий промышленный концерн Siemens продает принадлежащую ему 50-процентную долю в Fujitsu Siemens Computers (FSC) своему японскому партнеру по предприятию, компании Fujitsu, сообщает РБК.

Сумма сделки составляет €450 млн, сообщается в распространенном совместном пресс-релизе компаний. Ожидается, что сделка будет завершена к апрелю 2009 г., после того, как ее одобрят регулирующие органы.

Комментируя принятое решение, руководство концерна заявило, что намерено и далее фокусироваться на основных направлениях деятельности Siemens, в частности – на оборудовании для энергетики и здравоохранения.

Японская компания Fujitsu является одним из ведущих производителей электроники в мире. Штат сотрудников компании составляет около 170 тыс. человек. Компания производит различную технику и микроэлектронику, в том числе компьютеры и их комплектующие, кондиционеры и холодильное оборудование.
