Анонсированы новые SSD-устройства форм-фактора 2,5 дюйма емкостью 256 ГБ и новая специальная серия флэш-модулей небольшой емкости для дешевых лэптопов, именуемых нетбуками. <br /><br />Габаритные размеры нового SSD-накопителя равны 70,6 x 53,6 x 3 мм. Он отвечает всем требованиям, которые к современным ноутбукам предъявляют их пользователи: высокой надежностью, высокой плотностью записи данных и широкой пропускной способностью. Так, устройство, изготовленное по технологии многоуровневых ячеек памяти MLC, поддерживает скорость чтения информации до 120 МБ в секунду и до 70 МБ в секунду – скорость записи. Для передачи данных используется 3-гигабитный интерфейс SATA. <br /><br />Флэш-модули с габаритными размерами 50 x 30 мм обладают скоростью чтения и записи информации 80 и 50 МБ в секунду соответственно. Они совместимы с интерфейсом SATA и предлагаются в трех вариантах, в зависимости от объема: 8, 16 и 32 ГБ. Напряжение питания нового SSD-накопителя и флэш-модулей составляет 5 В, а рабочая температура – от 0 до 70 градусов по Цельсию. <br /><br />Поставки тестовых образцов уже начались, а запуск в массовое производство запланирован на IV квартал текущего года. <br /><br />
