С каждым годом игровая выставка «ИгроМир» увеличивает свои масштабы, продолжительности так же прибаваляет от года в год. Если в 2007 году в течение трех дней, выставку, проходящую на ВВЦ, посетили 52 тысячи человек, то в этом году в рамках четырехдневного мероприятия организаторы рассчитывают уже на 70 тысяч.
Основным спонсорами «ИгроМир2008» стали: фирма «1С», компания «Акелла», «Бука», Nival Online и «Руссобит-М».

Выставка, как и ранее пройдет в 57 павильоне московского экспо-комплекса ВВЦ, с 7 по 9 ноября. 6 ноября вытавка будет работать для представителей прессы и специалистов. Во время выставки все желающие смогут поиграть в свежайшие игры родного и зарубежного производства, посетить презентации и демонстрации, поучаствовать в шоу-программах и конкурсах, получить призы и подарки.

В этом году партнерами по предварительной реализации билетов выступят компании Biletmarket.RU и Concert.RU. Кроме того, билеты на выставку можно будет приобрести в магазинах «Евросеть» и «Настроение».

Посещение одного дня выставки обойдется геймерам в 300 рублей; стоимость билета на все три дня программы составит 600 рублей. Предварительная продажа билетов начнется в ближайшее время. Точная дата начала продаж будет объявлена на официальном сайтемероприятия.
