На выставке Computex 2008 компания Acer представила первый в мире 24-дюймовый жидкокристаллический монитор с разрешением Full HD 1080p и соотношением сторон 16:9.<br /><br /><div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2008-06/1212657030_84714.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='Acer P244W - первый в мире 24&quot; Full HD монитор формата 16:9' title='Acer P244W - первый в мире 24&quot; Full HD монитор формата 16:9' /></div><br /><br />Модель Acer P244W ориентирована на требовательных к качеству фото- и видеоизображения игроманов, дизайнеров и пользователей домашних кинотеатров. Из фирменных «фишек» отмечается технология Adaptive Contrast Management (ACM), которая позволяет, по словам разработчиков, существенно увеличить детализацию ярких и тёмных сцен. С помощью ACM удалось достичь впечатляющего коэффициента динамической контрастности 20000:1, при этом время отклика GTG (от серого к серому) составляет всего 2 мс.<br /><br />К сожалению, производитель пока не предоставил более подробных технических спецификаций, но попробуем частично восполнить этот пробел. Осмелимся предположить, что новый монитор Acer оснащается ЖК панелью производства AU Optronics, анонс которой состоялся в марте текущего года. Эта панель имеет толщину всего 14 мм, сниженную потребляемую мощность, что позволяет экономить до 50% электроэнергии, яркость 300 нит.
