Европа подросла, опередив Америку по объему в денежном выражении. Компания Nielsen опубликовала результаты исследования, по информации которого, Европейские геймеры помогли заработать индустрии приличное количество денег – больше соответствующего результата Американского региона. Итак, континентальная Европа принесла 11.4 миллиарда долларов, что заметно больше 10.7 миллиардов, что заработала Америка. Лучшего результата достигла только Азия – она на протяжении 2007 года смогла заработать 11.5 миллиардов долларов.
Европейский игровой рынок стал вторым по размерам

Не в последнюю очередь подобный результат таких стран, как Британия, Германия, Италия, Испания, Франция и других, обеспечен благодаря годовому росту прибыли, составившему примерно 25%.

Так же стоит отметить и увеличение среднего возраста игроков. Для примера, в Британии средний возраст 33 года, а в Испании – 26. Это лишний раз показывает, что игровые увлечения – уже давно удел не только детей, что несомненно так же увеличивает суммы, которые готовы потратить геймеры на игровые продукты.
