Об этом Сириаси заявил во время своего выступления в рамках выставки SID 2008 в Лос-Анджелесе. <br /><br />По словам вице-президента Samsung SDI Ву Йонг Ли (Woo-Jong Lee), в настоящее время светодиодные дисплеи используются преимущественно в портативных устройствах; начиная с 2009-2010 гг. подобная технология начнет применяться в ноутбуках и компьютерных мониторах.
