Эта цифра в 3 раза больше, чем в момент конкуренции Blu-ray с HD-DVD форматом. И вероятно возникнет дефицит дисков.<br /><br />С этой проблемой столкнулся основной производитель и фактический создатель формата - корпорация Sony. Даже активно совершенствуя производственную линию, при крайне оптимистичных прогнозах, Sony сможет добиться к октябрю текущего года производства только 38 миллионов дисков ежемесячно, что составляет 60-70% от потребностей рынка. <br /><br />Конечным потребителям также будет непросто - из-за нехватки предложений на рынке цена сохранится на высоком уровне.
