<b>В минувшую субботу в Екатеринбурге было начато цифровое телевещание в стандарте DVB-T на базе телекомпании "Областное телевидение" (ОТВ). Министр информационных технологий и связи Леонид Рейман, присутствовавший на открытии Центра управления и мониторинга цифрового телевидения, заявил, что в ближайшее время оно будет запущено в Татарии и Ханты-Мансийском автономном округе. </b><br /><br />Цифровое телевещание в Свердловской области в тестовом режиме началось еще год назад. Однако руководство ОТВ запускать в массы услугу не торопилось, так как не было определенности по схеме распространения приставок для аналоговых телевизоров, с помощью которых владельцы обычных ТВ-приемников смогут принимать программы цифрового ТВ. В итоге свердловские власти решили, что 14 тыс. декодеров малоимущие семьи получат бесплатно, за счет регионального бюджета, а остальные смогут приобрести их за $100-250 в зависимости от модификации. Леонид Рейман предложил систематизировать документацию по свердловскому проекту, чтобы ею могли руководствоваться при запуске цифрового телевидения в других регионах России.<br /><br />
