<div align="center"><!--dle_image_begin:http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2015-05/1431581932_auo.jpg|--><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2015-05/1431581932_auo.jpg" alt="Состоится ли объединение AUO с Innolux?" title="Состоится ли объединение AUO с Innolux?"  /><!--dle_image_end--></div><br /><br />Основатель и президент компании AU Optronics (AUO) Ли Кун-яо подал в отставку 11 мая, в связи с чем вновь обретают актуальность слухи об объединении двух тайваньских производителей ЖК дисплеев, с тем чтобы более успешно конкурировать с корейскими и китайскими производителями панелей. <br /><br />В официальном заявлении второго по величине тайваньского производителя ЖК панелей сообщается, что совет директоров 11 мая, принял отставку Ли и назначил исполнительным директором Пола Пэна, пожелав ему добиться успехов Ли. <br /><br />AUO и Innolux широко известны как «два тайваньских тигра на рынке плоских дисплеев", отставка Ли Кун-яо послужила поводом для новых предположений об объединении двух известных производителей с одного острова. <br /><br />Предполагается, что активно развивающие производство китайские производители ЖК панелей могут обойти Тайвань в ближайшем будущем, тогда Китай станет в мире вторым по величине  поставщиком ЖК панелей. <br /><br />"Интеграция или даже слияние и поглощения тайваньских производителей панелей позволили бы успешнее противостоять конкурентам, но это трудно реализовать", считают азиатские обозреватели.
