<div align="center"><!--dle_image_begin:http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2015-04/1429849412_lg.jpg|--><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2015-04/1429849412_lg.jpg" alt="LG сообщает об успехах и опровергает слухи" title="LG сообщает об успехах и опровергает слухи"  /><!--dle_image_end--></div><br /><br />Буквально на следующий  день, после появившихся в корейской прессе предположений о коррекции планов LG  по выпуску новейших моделей OLED телевизоров, якобы в связи с недостаточной зрелостью технологии и возросшей конкуренцией со стороны ЖК телевизоров с расширенной цветовой гаммой (телевизоры Samsung SUHD и аналогичные модели нынешнего года остальных производителей, включая телевизоры Sony Tryluminos, появившиеся на рынке пару лет назад) представители LG отметили успешные в целом результаты продаж по первому кварталу года, а затем подтвердили плановые показатели на нынешний год по выпуску 600 000 OLED телевизоров. <br /><br />Компания может снизить количество выпущенных OLED телевизоров, если они увидят большую потребность в 65 и 77 дюймовых телевизорах. В этом случае придется "нарезать" больше OLED панелей с большой диагональю, в ущерб 55 дюймовым моделям. Что касается процента выхода годных UHD OLED панелей, то он находится на предполагаемом в настоящее время уровне.<br /><br />Что касается выпуска гибких OLED панелей, LG Display в настоящее время производит их на пластиковой основе на оборудовании Gen-4.5, с ежемесячным выпуском 14000 субстратов (более чем в два раза больше, чем в начале 2014 года). Планируемые к вводу мощности линии Gen-6 могут увеличить выпуск еще на 15000 субстратов в месяц, но в настоящее время LGD заявляет, что планы расширения производства гибких OLED  панелей пока еще на стадии рассмотрения.
