<div align="center"><!--dle_image_begin:http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2015-02/1425026070_samsung.jpg|--><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2015-02/1425026070_samsung.jpg" alt="На Смарт ТВ Samsung очередная жалоба" title="На Смарт ТВ Samsung очередная жалоба"  /><!--dle_image_end--></div><br /><br />Федеральная торговая комиссия США (FCC) получила предложение от Центра безопасности персональной электронной информации  (Electronic Privacy Information Center - EPIC) по расследованию  записи частных разговоров в домах владельцев телевизоров Samsung.<br /><br />Группа защиты неприкосновенности частной жизни подала жалобу в комиссию во вторник, обвинив Samsung в нарушении федеральных законов при использовании технологии, которая позволяет зрителям управлять с помощью голосовых команд подключенными к интернету смарт-телевизорами компании.<br /><br />В своей жалобе, EPIC обвинил Samsung в нарушении ряда законов, направленных на защиту неприкосновенности частной жизни потребителей, в том числе Закона о конфиденциальности электронных сообщений, которая запрещает перехват и разглашение электронных сообщений и Закона о защите личных данных детей в интернете, который регулирует сбор личной информации от несовершеннолетних.<br /><br />Центр попросил FTC до окончания расследования, остановить практику Samsung по передаче голосовых записей третьим лицам и изучить возможность использования подобных методов другими компаниями.<br />
