Благодаря этому партнерству, владельцы Samsung Smart TV в Соединенных Штатах и Канаде получат удобный доступ к сотням игр PlayStation 3 без необходимости иметь игровые консоли.<br /><br />PlayStation Now в настоящее время предлагается на различных платформах PlayStation, в том числе на PlayStation 4. Игроки могут выбирать более чем из 200 наименований библиотеки игр для PS3, начиная с боевиков до гонок и семейных игр.<br /><br />Сервис будет запускаться в качестве приложения, которое будет работать через Samsung Smart Hub. Для игры понадобится беспроводной контроллер DUALSHOCK 4. PlayStation Now на смарт телевизорах Samsung будет поддерживать всю функциональность сервиса, в том числе возможность заработать в игре трофеи, играть в режиме онлайн с друзьями, и сохранить состояние игры в облаке.
