Система динамического понижения шума позволяет отдельно устранять блочный и москитный шум, корректировать яркость и цветность. Для более совершенной синхронизации используется прецизионная кварцевая  система PQLS (Precision Quartz Lock System). В BDP-LX 88 также добавляется высокоточный задающий генератор.
