Толщина блока привода Pioneer BDR-XU03J составляет всего в 1,2 см. Для подключения используется интерфейс USB 3.0.<br /><br />Механизм привода выполнен из сплава магния, который эффективно подавляет вибрации при работе. Внутренняя защитная пленка снижает шумы от вращающегося диска и защищает привода от проникновения пыли. Отсутствие кнопки извлечения диска позволит извлечь его только по командам с внешнего устройства.<br /><br />Привод BDR-XU03J поддерживает запись на диски: BD-R / R DL на скорости 6х; BD-RE (SL / DL / TL) на скорости 2х; BD-R TL / QL на скорости 4x; DVD ± R DL на скорости 4х; DVD-RAM на скорости 5х и, наконец, CD- R / RW на скорости 24x.
