Samsung U32D970Q фактически впервые был показан  еще в январе 2014 года на выставке CES, а теперь  Samsung объявил о выпуске продукта и опубликовал все технические характеристики. Это 31,5" монитор на основе панели PLS с разрешением 3840x2160 пикселей, с 10-битной обработкой цвета. <br />Он может воспроизводить цветовые гаммы AdobeRGB и sRGB и калибруется на заводе с погрешностью <1. Этот монитор Samsung отличается 90% однородностью засветки экрана, использует 16-битные таблицы LUT (Look-Up Table), которые обеспечивают повышенную точность цветопередачи.<br /><br />Samsung заявляет, что профессионалы в обработке видео могут работать с цветовыми гаммами EBU, Rec.709, SMPTE-C, DCI и DICOM, есть возможность разделить экран монитора на две зоны с разными цветовыми гаммами. Экран можно также разделить на четыре зоны с разрешением Full HD. И не беспокойтесь о нагрузке на глаза в течение долгих часов работы в офисе, монитор использует  подсветку без мерцания, которая предотвращает усталость глаз и головную боль. <br /><br />Монитор может быть подключен к ПК через два разъема DisplayPort, DVI или HDMI 1.4, но только DisplayPort будет предлагать разрешение 4K при кадровой частоте  видео 60 Гц. Samsung U32D970Q уже поступает в продажу в Азии, ожидается в Европе и США в течение нескольких месяцев. <br />Цены будут  объявлены позднее, в Корее мониторы доступны по цене около $2000 США.
