Эти изменения коснутся, как вы можете догадаться, такого контента, как книги, музыка и конечно  фильмы и фотографии. Они позволят третьим лицам использовать авторские работы для различных экономически и / или социально значимых целей без разрешения от владельца авторских прав. <br /><br />Эти изменения являются результатом широких консультаций со всеми заинтересованными сторонами. Новые правила вступят в силу в Великобритании с 1 июня 2014 года.<br /><br />Новый закон позволит делать личные копии с CD, DVD и книг, которые вы купили, для использования в личных целях, таких как смена формата или резервное копирование. Например, в настоящее время  юридически нельзя скопировать содержимое, которое вы купили на компакт-диск или на плеер. Изменения сделают это законным, до тех пор, пока у вас есть то, что вы копируете.
