Тем не  менее у компании есть три новинки, а прошлогодняя флагманская модель будет использоваться в этой роли и в нынешнем году.<br /><br />Наиболее многофункциональной новых моделей является BD-H6500, которая позволяет повышать разрешение видеоматериалов до Ultra HD, если вы не надеетесь на аналогичные способности телевизора. Этот плеер, очевидно, также поддерживает 3D Blu-ray. Он предоставляет доступ к ТВ приложениям в зависимости от региона и построен на основе платформы Smart TV от Samsung. <br /><br />Встроенный Wi-Fi и DLNA обеспечат доступ в домашнюю и мировую сеть, AllShare Cast и AllShare Play позволяют передавать контент из смартфона или планшета на экран телевизора. Другие известные особенности включают функцию быстрого запуска и копирования компакт-диска, которые помогут перевести содержимое CD на жесткий диск через порт USB.<br /><br />Более дешевые плееры BD-H5900 и BD-H5500 не имеют интеллектуальных функций от Samsung TV. Вместо этого, эти плееры предлагают телевизионные приложения от Opera TV, которые не имеют ничего общего со Smart TV от Samsung.<br /><br />Конструкция двух более дешевых  Blu-ray плееров очень похожа на используемую в BD-H6500. BD-H6500 уже доступны в США и в Европе. <br />Топ-модель прошлого года - BD-F7500 будет использоваться и 2014 году в качестве флагманской модели.
