По заявлению  компании, модельный ряд телевизоров LG в этом году самый большой, из когда-либо представленных.<br /><br />LG собирается добавить  в перечень своих достижений первый в мире 105-дюймовый телевизор ультра высокой четкости (UHD) с изогнутым экраном. С подобными экранами южнокорейский производитель будет выпускать  49-, 55- и 65-дюймовые 4K телевизоры.<br /><br />Большая часть новых телевизоров LG  будет использовать программное обеспечение WebOS Smart TV. Новое программное обеспечение будет использовать около 70 % новых телевизоров. Одной из основных характеристик WebOS является его простота в использования,  поиск контента интуитивно понятный, упрощается соединение с внешними устройствами.<br /><br />LG уделяет серьезное внимание обновленной технологии Cinema 3D , которая с поддержкой разрешения 4K обещает стать еще более впечатляющей для любителей 3D видео. При этом, 3D телевизоры LG теперь позволяют запускать процесс конвертирования 2D контента в 3D одним нажатием кнопки на пульте.<br />LG в этом году является основным производителем OLED телевизоров, предлагает разнообразные модели, как с Full HD, так и 4K разрешением, c 55-, 65- и 77-дюймовыми экранами. <br /><br />LG представила также новую технологию объемного звучания, которая разработана совместно с  компанией Harman Kardon и, по утверждению LG, будет отличаться самым высоким качеством звучания. <br /><br />Наконец, компания LG надеется предоставить для своих клиентов видеоматериалы в разрешении 4K.  С этой целью LG сотрудничает с зарубежными потоковыми сервисами, а также с рядом компаний-провайдеров спутникового и кабельного телевидения.<br />Компания LG пока не представила стоимость и точные сроки начала продаж для своих новых телевизоров.<br />
