Loewe была приобретена группой инвесторов, в которую входят занимавшие ранее руководящие посты сотрудники компаний Bang & Olufsen и Apple.<br /><br />Весь прошлый год Loewe пыталась решить финансовые проблемы вызванные падением сбыта прозводимых телевизоров, одно время даже собиралась оформить банкротство, перенесла производство в Китай и сформировала стратегическое партнерство с китайским производителем телевизоров Hisense. В какой-то момент были слухи о том, что Loewe собиралась купить Apple.<br /><br />И вот, последним этапом этой перестройки стало приобретение Loewe группой инвесторов во главе с датским бизнесменом Яном Жесмер-Ларсеном, который с 1996 по 2003 годы состоял в совете директоров B & O. До этого он руководил деятельностью компании Apple в Европе, на Ближнем Востоке и Северной Африке. Теперь он будет председателем совета директоров Loewe. В состав инвесторов входят также немецкие приедприниматели Constantin Sepmeier и Stefan Kalmund, а также другие бывшие сотрудники компаний B & O и Apple.<br /><br />Прежняя компания Loewe AG, объявит о своем банкротстве, а новая компания Loewe GmbH возьмет на себя часть активов Loewe AG, в том числе около половины сотрудников. Что ждет впереди компанию до сих пор, окончательно, неясно, но это событие знаменует конец саги о бедах Loewe.
