И в тоже время эксклюзивная реализация ЖК LED тевизоров марки Pioneer в торговой сети Dixons породила массу вопросов, включая тип панелей и поставщика. Заявления участвующих в сделке заинтересованных сторон, особенно Pioneer, могли  означать даже некоторые гарантии качества телевизоров, продаваемых и производимых по заказу Dixons. <br /><br />Чтобы устранить все сомнения hdtvtest.co.uk провел собственное расследование, которое выявило разительное сходство между новыми моделями Pioneer и серией телевизоров Thomson W6.<br /><br />"Не нужно быть гением, чтобы понять, как мы пришли к этому выводу. Когда сообщалось о возвращение Pioneer, в прошлом месяце, мы отметили, что компания будет предоставлять только свою марку "сторонним" производителям телевизоров в эксклюзивной сделке с Dixons Retail Group. А теперь, с запуском новой серии ЖК LED телевизоров Pioneer не трудно распознать, кто такие сторонние производители. Это китайская компания TCL, которая продает телевизоры под брендом Thomson на европейских рынках."<br /><br />Новые телевизоры Pioneer, как видно на различных скандинавских сайтах электронной коммерции, используемых Dixons Retail, таких как Lefdal в Норвегии и Elgiganten в Дании - это вылитые HDTV из серии Тhomson W6, визуально многие элементы Pioneer - форма и размер телевизоров, тип подставки, 6 мм тонкий ободок совпадают. И даже изображение маленькой девочкой на экранной заставке аналогично моделям Thomson.<br /><br />Французская торговая марка Thomson была приобретена китайской TCL, которая предприняла усилия для реанимации этого бренда в Европе, предлагая достаточно разнообразный модельный ряд с привлекательным соотношением цена / качество. Dixons, очевидно, выбрала в качестве основы телевизоры Thomson, чтобы реализовать свою собственную стратегию.
