Однако трудно обеспечить высокую яркость и контрастность на отражающей ЖК панели, а изображение при недостатке света становится тусклым. Как результат, отражающие панели пока не нашли широкого применения.<br /><br />Некоторые исследователи предлагали методы, основанные на новых принципах, но они не работали до сих пор, потому что усложняют структуру панели и производственного процесса.<br /><br />На этот раз, Japan Display разработала дисплей с отражающей цветной ЖК панелью, которая отличается значительно улучшенным качеством изображения без изменения дисплейного принципу и используемой структуры с цветным фильтром и поляризационной пластиной.
