Насколько экономичнее может быть OLED телевизор LG в сравнении с ЖК LED телевизорами показало сравнительное тестирование сотрудниками французского ресурса lesnumeriques.com. <br /><br />Для сравнения с OLED были выбраны светодиодные ЖК телевизоры Samsung и Philips. Первый из них Samsung F6400 с 46-дюймовым (117 см) экраном, с хорошим соотношением цена / качество. Второй, гораздо менее доступный, UHD телевизор Philips 65PFL9708S с экраном в 65 дюймов (165 см). Потребление энергии измеряли при просмотре фильма «Монстры против пришельцев» в 2D. Экономия может составить от 35% до 60% энергии.
