Kameyama ЖК панелей с использованием технологии IGZO, которая была разработана специалистами Sharp совместно с Semiconductor Energy Laboratory.  Завод 8-го поколения Sharp в Kameyama открыт в августе 2006 года для производства телевизионных ЖК панелей и будет использован в этом году для выпуска более прибыльных сейчас ЖК панелей для планшетов и смартфонов.  <br /><br /><div align="center"><!--dle_image_begin:http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2013-10/1382111932_sharp2.jpg|--><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2013-10/1382111932_sharp2.jpg" alt="Sharp наращивает выпуск ЖК панелей с технологией IGZO" title="Sharp наращивает выпуск ЖК панелей с технологией IGZO"  /><!--dle_image_end--></div><br /><br />Sharp будет первой компанией в мире, которая начнет массовое производство ЖК панелей высокого разрешения для смартфонов на основе технологии 8-го поколения, что  ранее было трудно делать, а теперь станет возможным благодаря оптимизированному процессу производства, а также использованию в технологии IGZO более миниатюрных TFT транзисторов, что увеличивает световой поток через ЖК ячейки.<br /><br />Sharp начнет выпуск экономичных ЖК панелей, высокого разрешения, с улучшенными сенсорными свойствами, чтобы удовлетворить активно растущий спрос на ЖК дисплеи для смартфонов. Кроме того, Sharp будет продолжать расширять спектр применения технологии IGZO в таких продуктах, как планшетные ПК, ноутбуки и 4K дисплеи.
