Компания планирует начать пилотный проект для своих абонентов в следующем году, а с  2015 года начать полномасштабное вещание в сверхвысоком разрешении. <br /><br />Moon Jae-chul – исполнительный директор Skylife считает, что корейское правительство должно помочь бизнесу в решении ряда нормативных проблем. Из сообщения также следует, что корейские представители всеми силами стремятся опередить конкурентов  из Японии в развитии Ultra HD технологии. <br />Так Moon заявляет, “Корея может потерять свое превосходство над Японией в гонке по развитию следующего поколения телевидения, если корейские бизнесмены не разработают детальные планы”.  <br /><br />На предстоящей выставке IFA 2013 в Берлине корейские производители планируют демонстрировать расширенную линейку своих UHD телевизоров. Между тем, разработчики контента и спутниковые провайдеры обсудят, как эффективно справляться с изменяющимися рыночными тенденциями, заявили представители Samsung и LG.
