Документ предусматривает, в том числе, возможность блокировки операторами сайтов, на которых незаконно размещены фильмы. <br /><br />Арбитром по спорам, связанным с авторскими правами, назначен Мосгорсуд. Инстанция до рассмотрения иска правообладателя по существу будет обязывать владельцев интернет-ресурсов и хостинг-провайдеров в течение трёх рабочих дней убрать спорный контент. Если этого не произойдёт, провайдеры будут должны в течение суток ограничить доступ к сайту или размещённой на нём спорной информации. В случае, если правообладатель в течение 15 суток не подаст иск, или суд впоследствии признает заблокированный контент законным, доступ к нему вновь откроют.<br /><br />У нового закона немало критиков, в том числе среди руководителей крупных интернет-компаний. По их словам, закон открывает новые возможности для недобросовестной конкуренции: получается, что, подав жалобу, можно будет, как минимум на время закрыть практически любой сайт.<br /><br />В интернете сегодня будет открыт специализированный сайт nap.rkn.gov.ru. Именно через него правообладатели смогут жаловаться на те или иные ресурсы, приложив к заявлению решение суда. С Мосгорсудом электронное взаимодействие уже налажено, сообщает ИТАР-ТАСС по ссылкой на Роскомнадзор.<br /><br />Между тем в Роскомнадзоре уже есть черный список ресурсов с преступным контентом. Почти 90% пиратских сайтов из него размещены за рубежом.
