По сообщению Wall Street Journal компания LG планирует в четвертом квартале нынешнего года представить гибкий OLED смартфон, о планах первыми выпустить который неоднократно рассуждали и представители Samsung. Но реального результата пока нет.<br /><br /><div align="center"><!--dle_image_begin:http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2013-04/1366952186_lg2.jpg|--><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2013-04/1366952186_lg2.jpg" alt="LG собирается выпустить гибкий OLED смартфон?" title="LG собирается выпустить гибкий OLED смартфон?"  /><!--dle_image_end--></div><br /><br />LG показала свой первый OLED дисплей еще на выставке SID 2008, его разрешение было 320x240 и он мог применяться в для одеваемых на запястье устройствах или в подобных вариантах. Подобный гибкий смартфон понадобится, пожалуй, лишь тем, кто часто рискует выронить его из кармана или сумочки. <br />Впрочем, официальных заявлений  о появлении в ближайшее время такого устройства LG пока не последовало. И насколько все- таки будет востребована подобная идея, с учетом сложности реализации, кроме дисплеев, еще и достаточно функциональных микросхем высокой степени интеграции, можно пока  только догадываться.<br /><br />Подобные новости можно считать  также и многосерийным пиаром в стиле телевизора Apple, который уже не первый год вот-вот должен быть представлен.
