Можно сказать, что это изобретение всего лишь за полвека смогло кардинально поменять условия нашей жизни. Приоритет в разработке первого транзистора по праву принадлежит американским исследователям, которые были награждены Нобелевской премией по физике в 1956 году.<br /><br />Однако и наша отечественная наука и промышленность лишь немного уступали по темпам развития. Начиная с 1947 г. в СССР начались интенсивные работы в области полупроводниковых технологий. А 15 ноября 1948 года в журнале «Вестник информации» А.В. Красилов опубликовал первую в СССР статью о транзисторах – «Кристаллический триод». Так назывались тогда у нас транзисторы, ничем не уступавшие в то время зарубежным. <br /><br /><div align="center"><!--dle_image_begin:http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2012-12/1355823367_triod2.jpg|--><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2012-12/1355823367_triod2.jpg" alt="Транзистору – 65 лет!" title="Транзистору – 65 лет!"  /><!--dle_image_end--><br />Один из первых отечественных транзисторов</div><br /><br />В массовое производство советские транзисторы были запущены в 1950 году. А первые разработки в области полупроводниковой электроники велись в СССР еще в довоенное время и, лишь война помешала более раннему появлению отечественного транзистора.<br /><br />В 1938 г. украинский академик Б. И. Давыдов и его сотрудники предложили диффузионную теорию выпрямления переменного тока посредством кристаллических детекторов, на границе между двумя слоями полупроводников, обладающих p- и n- проводимостью. Далее эта теория была подтверждена и развита в исследованиях В.Е. Лашкарева, проведенных в Киеве в 1939 – 1941 гг.. Лашкарев открыл и механизм инжекции (переноса носителей тока) – явления, лежащего в основе работы полупроводниковых диодов и транзисторов. <br /><br />Сегодняшние микропроцессоры состоят из миллионов транзисторов. Их с уверенностью можно считать основными составляющими элементами всей полупроводниковой электроники, без них не обходится практически ни одно устройство. Транзистор до сих пор считается одним из самых быстро эволюционирующих устройств; предполагается, что такими темпами он сможет совершенствоваться ещё 10-15 лет за счет использования появляющихся технологий и новых материалов.
