Естественно, в HX950 реализованы все лучшие технологии Sony, включая 3D и смарт TV с поддержкой интернет-сервисов. Визуально качественные характеристики подкреплены новым премиум-дизайном Sony. <br /><br />Но главной особенностью флагманских моделей Sony все же следует считать систему подсветки в виде полномасштабного массива светодиодов позади ЖК панели, что позволяет решить ряд проблем присущих слишком стройным и более удобным в производстве и настройке HDTV с системой боковой подсветки.<br /><br />Единственный недостаток новых флагманов Sony – достаточно высокая цена. Ориентировочная стоимость 55 и 65 дюймовых моделей: KDL-55HX953 – 129 990 руб., KDL-65HX953 – 239 990 руб. Европейские цены на телевизоры этой серии Sony примерно такие же – от 3000 до 4000  евро. Правда, в США после начала продаж, и так более приемлемые, цены успели в отдельных случаях понизиться примерно на $500. <br />
