Вице-президент AUO – Dagang Wu заявляет, что в настоящее время готовы опытные образцы панелей, а массовое производство начнется в 2013 году. Кроме того утверждается, что AUO оптимистично смотрит на поставки OLED панелей в 2013-2014 годах, ожидая что новая технология на 20% заменит жидкокристаллическую.<br /><br />Президент AUO – Paul Peng сказал, что разработка OLED панелей для телевизоров продвигается в соответствии  планами компании, но потребуются еще определенные изменения и доработки, прежде чем AUO приступит к освоению массового выпуска OLED панелей для телевизоров.
