Полноразмерные карты Pro могут обеспечить скорость записи  40 МБ / с и чтение на скорости до 80 МБ / с.<br /><br />По сравнению со стандартной линейкой карт компании это значительный прирост производительности. Samsung подтвердил, что будет выпущена микро-SD версия для смартфонов и планшетов, но с пониженной скоростью, только 20 МБ / сек при записи, но впечатляющие 70 МБ / с при чтении. Что будет с восторгом воспринято в среде пользователей Android-гаджетов, которые устанавливают большие программы на SD карты, чтобы сэкономить внутреннюю память.<br /><br />Новые карты памяти Samsung серии Pro будут доступны на 16, 32 и 64 ГБ, в версии микро-SD также доступна карта на 8 ГБ.
