Компании грозит штраф до 1 миллиарда долларов. Samsung, Sharp и LG уже заплатили США приличные штрафы. Они обвинялись в том, что в течение 1996 – 2006 годов договаривались о фиксации минимального уровня цен. С этой целью представители компаний неоднократно встречались в барах и ресторанах – утверждают обвинители.<br /><br />AUO грозит самый большой штраф, но тайваньская компания намерена обжаловать судебное решение. AOU заявляет, что фактически обвиняются не производители, а руководители, отвечающие за бизнес, поэтому AUO и не признает пока своей вины.<br /><br />Не совсем понятна вина AUO еще и потому, что она скорей всего могла лишь продавать свои панели всем прочим производителям, которые реализовывали готовые телевизоры. Может поэтому AUO и штраф хотят дать повышенный?<br />
