С 1 сентября на российском ТВ вводится запрет на просмотр несовершеннолетними фильмов для взрослых. В 2008 году госдума начала работу над проектом закона «О защите детей от информации, причиняющей вред их здоровью и развитию». Через два года он был принят думой и подписан президентом. Еще через два года Минкомсвязи опубликовало проект приказа о вывешивании на экране предупредительных знаков и текстовых сообщений о том, что дальнейшая телепрограмма не для маленьких. После рекламной паузы подобное предупреждение будет повторно появляться на экране в течение 20 секунд, для оповещения о запрете дальнейшего просмотра несовершеннолетними.

Аналогичные знаки с 1 сентября будут наносить на афишах и билетах соответствующих зрелищных мероприятий. Сами знаки, судя по всему, разработать еще не успели.
