Sony, как и многие другие ТВ производители, недавно заявляла о крупных финансовых потерях за последние годы.<br /><br />По замыслу высшего руководства компании помочь в решении проблем должно полное деление производственной структуры на три независимых подразделения.  Одно из них будет заниматься разработкой и производством моделей нового поколения, другое будет выпускать популярные уже освоенные модели. И третьим направлением деятельности будет сборка телевизоров Sony иностранными подрядчиками в лице китайских и других южно-азиатских компаний.<br /><br />Поможет ли такая реорганизация повысить эффективность  производственной и управленческой машины Sony, узнаем, вероятно, уже по результатам следующего года.
