Система повышающего масштабирования Video Up-scaling дает возможность смотреть SD видеозаписи в формате высокой четкости. Samsung HT-D5530K и HT-D5550K поддерживают все популярные видео- и аудиоформаты. Функция AllShare упрощает  обмен медиаконтентом между устройствами в домашней сети. Интерфейс Smart Hub предоставляет доступ к любому контенту в интернете и в домашней сети, а также к библиотеке приложений для телевизоров Samsung. <br /><br />Samsung HT-D5530K и HT-D5550K поддерживают технологии объемного звука Crystal Amplifer Pro и DTS-HD Master Audio. Технология Crystal Amplifier Plus за счет фильтрации звукового сигнала  минимизирует помехи и обеспечивает кристально чистое звучание.
