Исследователи из американского университета Райса в Техасе создали тонкие металл-гибридные графеновые электроды, которые могут найти применение в гибких и прозрачных дисплеях. Новый электрод представляет собой тонкую пленку графена и мелкую сетки из металлической нанопроволоки. Металл используется для повышения проводимости при достаточно высокой  прозрачности сетки. Кроме того, металлическая сетка укрепляет графен, который заполняет все пустое пространство между ячейками сетки. Исследователи обнаружили, что изготовленная из недорогого, легкого алюминия сетка из 5-ти микронной нанопроволоки невидима для человеческого глаза.<br /><br /><a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-P6_BMsHSw&amp;feature=player_embedded#at=57" target="_blank"><div align="center"><!--dle_image_begin:http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2011-08/1313343828_grafen2.jpg|--><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2011-08/1313343828_grafen2.jpg" alt="Графеновые электроды заменят обычные в дисплеях" title="Графеновые электроды заменят обычные в дисплеях"  /><!--dle_image_end--></div></a><br /><br />Ученые обнаружили, интересное свойство. Проводимость электрода уменьшается на 20% -30% после первых 50 сгибаний, но после этого она остается стабильной даже после 500 сгибаний. Разработка находится на стадии близкой к практическому серийному использованию.<br /><br /><br />
